Eric Jackson, who hosted Eric in the Evening on GBH radio for over 40 years and occupied a unique cultural position in Boston through decades of the city’s glacial transformation, died on Sept. 17, 2022. His life will be celebrated on Sunday, April 30 with a free concert at the station in Brighton.
