Affordable Rent Amounts
65% AMI Units: One Studio at $1,483, One 1BR at $1,663
80% AMI Units: Two 1BRs at $2,103, One 2BR at $2,319

*Rents subject to change in future years. Rents do not include the cost of utilities (gas heating & hot water, electric cooking, electricity, water, and sewer). One free parking space is included. Three units will be assigned full use parking spaces and two units will have access to overnight spaces. A lottery will be held to determine which units are assigned which spaces. That lottery will be conducted along with the lottery for the affordable units.

166 Main Street is a brand-new development located in Watertown. There will be five (5) affordable apartments within the community. Two of the affordable units (one Studio and one 1BR) will be rented to households with incomes at or below 65% of the area median income through this application process. The remaining three units (two 1BRs and one 2BR) will be rented to households with incomes at or below 80% of area median income. The property is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, public spaces, and the Charles River. Located on Route 20, it also offers easy access to the Mass Pike.
