Boston-based artist Steve Locke’s latest project is an installation called “Three Deliberate Grays for Freddie (A Memorial for Freddie Gray),” to be placed on the Anne H. Fitzpatrick Façade of the Gardner Museum on Evans Way on Tuesday, June 26.
