Now accepting applications for affordable and subsidized one bedroom apartments at the YWCA Residences at Ingalls Court 1 in Methuen, MA. All household members must be over the age of 62.

There are preferences for 1) households in which one member is disabled according to the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission 2) Homeless households, 3) Sensory Disability 4) Disabled Households Needing Services Offered at YWCA Residences at Ingalls Court. Heat, hot water, and electricity included.

Information meeting on Sept 10th, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Methuen Council On Aging 77 Lowell St, Methuen, MA.

Units will be assigned to eligible applicants by lottery. Applications must be received by Oct 2nd 2024 at 7 p.m. at YWCA Greater Newburyport or postmarked by October 2nd, 2024 to participate. Return applications to the YWCA.
