Providing affordable housing in Hamilton, MA; One and Two bedroom units equipped with in unit laundry and off-street parking. Fitness center, EV charging stations also available.

  • Maximum Income limits apply at 80% AMI:
    1 person $70,750 • 2 persons $80,850
    3 persons $90,950 • 4 persons $101,050 gross income
  • 1 bedroom estimated maximum rent $1895.
  • 2 bedroom estimated maximum rent $2273.

Utilities are included. Resident responsible for phone, Wi-Fi, and cable.

Applications can be mailed to P.O. Box 507, Beverly, MA 01915. Applications for the lottery must be postmarked by March 31, 2022. Once the lottery has been conducted, we will have an open application period.
