Westminster Senior Residences is offering a lottery for 48 one-bedroom senior affordable housing units. Ideally located next to the Town’s Senior Center, the property is within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, churches, post office, library, and public transportation. The units will feature bright, sunlit rooms and fully equipped kitchens. Rents include heat, air conditioning, hot water, electric and trash. The community amenities include elevators,  fitness center, a spacious community room, walking paths, outdoor patio, on-site management, 24 hour emergency maintenance and resident services.

VOUCHER HOLDERS WELCOME
At least one household member must be 62 years or older as of the lottery date. Applicants for the 3 Community Based Housing units must meet program eligibility criteria. Applicants income and assets will be taken into consideration when calculating minimum income requirements for rent affordability. All applicants must meet the properties tenant selection criteria. 7 ADA accessible units are available. Preferences apply please see the application and website for additional information.

INCOME LIMITS AND RENTAL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAITLIST BY DATE AND TIME RECEIVED.
