WARREN PLACE is a brand new 40-unit apartment community located in the Wollaston area of Quincy that will contain one elevator-serviced building. Ten (10) affordable units will be made available through this process to households earning no more than 80% of the Area Median Income. The affordable apartments will be available in all bedroom sizes, are located throughout the building, and provide finishes identical to the market rate units. Warren Place is conveniently located less than a half mile from the Wollaston Red Line MBTA station.
