NOW ACCEPTING RENTAL APPLICATIONS
Trinity Management LLC will begin distributing applications for the newly constructed affordable apartments at Empresa Apartments in Brockton, MA on Friday, July 22, 2022. Empresa includes 58 affordable rental apartments that will be opening in December 2022. You may request an application by mail, email or phone:

INFORMATIONAL SESSIONS
There will be two Zoom webinar information sessions hosted on the project’s details, resident eligibility requirements and how to apply for an apartment. Please use one of the following links for the date you wish to register to receive your Zoom link. If you do not have access to a computer or internet to view the Zoom presentation, please contact the Management Office (contact information noted above) for alternative options.

** APPLICATION DEADLINE IS AUGUST 29, 2022. All applications must be postmarked, uploaded securely to ShareFile (by requesting a link from Trinity Management) or dropped off in the drop box located at Centre 50 Street, Brockton, MA 02301 no later than AUGUST 29, 2022. Once the application period expires, each applicant will receive a confirmation letter stating that they will be entered into the lottery after passing an initial screening of their application. Resident selection will be done on Zoom by random lottery on SEPTEMBER 20, 2022 at 1pm – https://bit.ly/3Oy3Ug8 Passcode 912055. Attendance at the lottery is not required.
