Town Brook House

On March 01, 2024, the Town Brook House wheelchair accessible wait list will re-open until May 1, 2024.

All applicants will be screened for eligibility. To qualify for these apartments, income limits and other eligibility requirements apply.

  • Applicant households must contain at least one member that is at least 62 years of age and/or disabled at the time of application.

How to get an application: You may obtain applications at the business office located at 45 Brackett Street in Quincy, Massachusetts during office hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Evening application pick-up hours will be Wednesday, March 13th and March 20th until 7:00 pm. In addition, you or anyone assisting you may call 617-479-0248 and ask that an application be mailed to you. Applications will also be available at the Kennedy Center 440 E Squantum St, Quincy, MA 02171 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Returning completed applications and lottery selection: Applications may be returned by mailing, faxing or bringing to the office. Mailed applications may be postmarked no later than May 1, 2024. A grace period of five business days will be permitted for postmarked applications to arrive. If your application demonstrates possible eligibility, it will be assigned a number. Your place on a waiting list will be determined by lottery.

Placement on a waiting list does not guarantee acceptance of your application. Final eligibility and suitability will be determined separately. A lottery drawing will take place on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 11:00 am at         45 Brackett Street Quincy, Massachusetts.

Important note: Applicants who have been placed on the waiting list must inform the Town Brook House immediately if your application information changes (such as contact information, income, and household members). In the case that the office sends a notice that does not get returned, or if application information is out of date, your name may be terminated from the waiting list. Contact the office to find out how to update application information. THE WAIT LIST IS REVISED EVERY SIX MONTHS. IF YOU WISH TO BE KEPT ON THE LIST, YOU MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE EVERY SIX MONTHS.
