The Pastures at Dover is a brand-new rental development located in Dover. The property will contain 34 total apartments with 9 affordable units that will be rented to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income through this application process. Kitchens in all units feature stone countertops and stainless-steel applicants. The building contains a common area meeting room and tenants will have access to basement storage facilities. Outdoor amenities include a dog park, tot lot, and an outdoor cooking and seating area. The building has an elevator. Units are expected to be ready for occupancy in May 2024.
