The Flats on Main

The Flats on Main at 473 Main Street is a conversion of 20 existing hotel rooms to 20 studio apartments, on a site containing approximately 1.9 acres. There will be 18 market rate units and 2 affordable units housed in a two story building. Each unit will include a sink, stove, refrigerator and full bath and will contain approximately 488 square feet of living area. There is parking on site and laundry facilities in an adjacent building on site. The site is centrally located in Hyannis and considered a walkable community. It is a short distance to the ocean and ferries.
