*Rents subject to change in future years. Tenants will be responsible for paying for electricity (cooking/heating/hot water), cold water and sewer. One parking space per unit is included in the rent. Pets are permitted, subject to restrictions.
The Enon is rehabilitation of an existing property on 8 Enon Street in Beverly. This property is near public transportation, Wenham Lake, various restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores, and provides easy access to Route 128. There are a total of 13 units in this development. There will be 2 affordable apartments within 8 Enon Street that will be rented to households with incomes at or below 60% of the area median income through this application process. One unit will feature 1BR and 1 bath, and the other will feature 2BR and 1 bath. These units are expected to be ready immediately following the lottery and all applicant screenings.
