AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING NOTICE
NOW ACCEPTING RENTAL APPLICATIONS
Trinity Management LLC will begin distributing applications for the newly constructed affordable apartments at Sycamore on Main, 121 Main Street, Brockton MA on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Located in Brockton’s Historic Downtown, Sycamore on Main includes 48 affordable rental apartments that will be opening in June 2021. You may request an application by mail, email or phone:

INFORMATIONAL SESSIONS
There will be two Zoom webinar informational sessions on the project’s details, resident eligibility requirements and how to apply for an apartment. Please use one of the following links for the date you wish to register to receive your Zoom link. If you do not have access to a computer or internet to view the Zoom presentation, please contact the Management Office for alternative options.

All applications must be postmarked or received in the office no later than 3pm on March 15 , 2021. Once the application period expires, each applicant will receive a confirmation letter stating that they will be entered into the lottery after passing an initial screening of their application.
Resident selection will be done on Zoom by random lottery on April 14, 2021 at 1pm – http://bit.ly/SOM414. Attendance at the lottery is not required. Sycamore on Main is a non-smoking building.
