PUBLIC NOTICE: HOUSING LOTTERY
1-Bedroom Senior (62+) Affordable Apartments

• Pre-applications available starting 7/25/24 online at SwiftsLanding.com (one pre-application should be submitted per household). Please contact us as soon as possible if you need one mailed to you.
• Two housing lotteries will be conducted for Swifts Landing (family apartments + age-restricted apartments for seniors 62+). Please indicate on the last page of the Pre-application which lotteries you would like to be entered for. You may choose to be entered into both lotteries if all members of the household are 62 years of age or older.
• A virtual informational meeting will take place on August 1 at 10 AM. The Zoom meeting link will be available on SwiftsLanding.com. We will also host an in-person informational meeting, details to be announced.
• We will also host an in-person informational meeting on August 15 at 10:00 AM at The Wareham Multiservice Center located at 48 Marion Rd, Wareham, MA 02571. The session will take place in Room 520 on the 5th Floor.
• Pre-applications MUST be returned via US Mail and should be addressed to: Swifts Landing, PO BOX 56033, Philadelphia, PA 19130
• Pre-applications must be postmarked by 9/24/24 to be entered into the lottery.
• The lottery will take place on Facebook Live on 10/4/24. A link to the live lottery will be available on SwiftsLanding.com. It is not necessary to attend the lottery.
• The full application and interview process will begin immediately following the lottery with all eligible applicants catalogued into their lottery selection slot.
• The following income restrictions apply for Swifts Landing Senior: (Effective 7/2024, subject to change)
