Four of the units will be available for households requiring an accessible unit. 30 of the units at 60% AMI have a local preference for Southbridge residents. The five units at 30% AMI have preference for homeless households.
Submission of an application will not guarantee housing for occupancy, there will be a screening process. Once the initial lease up has been completed, your housing application lottery placement number will become your waitlist number for future occupancy. Only completed and signed applications will be considered for the Lottery. Anticipated occupancy is January 2023. Held at the Jacob Edwards Public Library.
Applications must be received onsite at Residences at Wells School by 5pm October 17, 2022.
Applications must be mailed to Residences at Wells School, 80 Marcy St., Southbridge, MA and arrive by October 17, 5pm to be included in the initial lottery.
