Skyview Downtown invites you to apply for one of our 1,2 or 3-bedroom workforce apartments today! We are located in the heart of Springfield’s renaissance, just blocks from the new MGM casino, the Museums, and Tower Square. These apartments will be available as part of a large-scale renovation of the property and your newly renovated home will boast new upgrades and fabulous views of the city day and night, while also offering you the best amenities downtown; all utilities paid, , fresh new laundry facility, resident business center, future fitness center and kids play area, and a resident lounge. *Program qualifications apply: Must earn between $33,900-$79,650 based on household size. Units will be available and leased in accordance with the Lottery Waitlist. If you are unable to come to our location, an application can be mailed to you upon request. Applications for the Waitlist will be accepted during the period of March 11, 2019 through April 12, 2019. Fully completed applications should mailed to: US Post Office, PO Box 2333, Springfield MA 01130. Applications must be postmarked by April 12, 2019 to be considered. A Lottery will be held at 68 Harrison Avenue, Springfield MA on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 1pm. You do not have to present at the Lottery to be included on the Waitlist as you will be notified of your position on the Waitlist.
