Applications are available beginning December 2, 2021. Completed applications must be received or postmarked by January 31, 2022, at 4:00 PM in care of the Chelmsford Housing Authority (CHA), 10 Wilson ST, Chelmsford, MA 01824 (M-F 8:30-4:30).

Applications will be available in person at the following accessible locations: JV Fletcher Library in Westford (M: 10am – 6pm, T: 11am – 7pm, W: 10am – 6pm, Th: 11am – 7pm, & Sat:10am – 2pm), Westford Town Hall (M: 8am – 6pm, T- Th: 8am – 4:30pm, F: 8am – 12:30pm).
