Riverside Towers is a HUD Project Based Section 8 community for elderly and/or disabled households. Riverside Towers Apartments is currently accepting applications for the waitlist for the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

In order to be eligible, you must be 62 or older, or disabled and under 62, and your total family income must be below the HUD income limits for Project Based Section 8 program.

Applicants must meet the income, credit and criminal history requirements of the program and produce documents as required under the HUD Section 8 Project Based Program.
