Twenty-Four (24) 1 Bedrooms: $2,502;
Twenty-Eight (28) 2 Bedrooms: $2,784;
Six (6) 3 Bedrooms: $3,081

Rents do not include the cost of utilities. Tenants will pay for gas (heat, hot water), electric cooking, and electricity. Water and sewer charges are included in the rent. One parking space is included for residents. Pets are permitted, subject to restrictions.

Rivage at Acton is a brand-new community which will have a total of 230 rental units. Through this application process, 58 affordable apartments will be leased to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income. The development’s two residential buildings overlook the scenic Assabet River. Each apartment will include kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, keyless entry, and a full-sized washer/dryer. The community amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, BBQ grilling area, roof deck, business center, resident lounge, and more. Rivage’s location on Route 62 provides easy access to Route 2 and the West Concord MBTA commuter rail station, as well as local shops and restaurants.
