Rindge Commons is taking applications for 1 & 2 bedroom affordable / subsidized apartments units for our lottery and initial waitlist

Section 8 income eligibility requirements and preferences apply. To obtain a copy of the tenant selection plan please contact the management office.

Applications will be available from August 1, 2023 through August 25, 2023. You may obtain applications in several ways during the application period:

1. You may complete an application online at https://www.waitlistcheck.com/MA3115
2. In person at the management office located at 402 Rindge Avenue, Cambridge, MA, M – F from 9am – 5pm / SAT 8/5/23 9am – 1pm, 8/12/23 9am – 1pm
3. If you or anyone assisting you cannot use these methods, Please call 617-876-5855 and ask that an application be mailed or emailed to youPUBLIC LOCATION: Only on August 9th, & 16th, 2023 between 4:00-7:00pm
   Applications will be distributed at O’Neil Public Library, 70 Rindge Avenue, Cambridge, MA

Your place on the waiting list will be decided by lottery so there is no need to come in person, early, or wait in line.

RETURNING COMPLETED APPLICATIONS AND LOTTERY SELECTION:
Applications may be returned by mailing, faxing, or bringing to the office by August 25, 2023 by 5pm. This is the final deadline for returning applications for the lottery.

If the application shows that you are not eligible, you will be notified in writing by mail 7 days prior to the lottery date. If you are eligible your place on the waitlist will be decided by a lottery held at the following place and time:
