Affordable Apartment Rentals offer reduced rental rates for applicants meeting the 60% AMI income restriction listed below. If your household’s gross income over the next year will be at or less than the maximum income shown for your household size, then you may qualify for the reduced rates shown below. Housing vouchers are accepted and eliminate minimum income requirements. Utility allowances will be given for tenant-paid electric.

Subsidized Apartments Subsidized Apartments include a project-based section 8 voucher (PBV) program administrated by Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC). Lottery Applicants selected for these housing opportunities must meet DHCD project-based section 8 criteria, become approved by HAC, and meet the resident selection criteria for a housing opportunity at Yarmouth Gardens. The rental rate is based on the household’s income; resident’s will pay 30% of their household income toward rent and the subsidy will cover the rest. You may be a fit for this program if your gross household income over the next year will be at or less than the maximum income amount shown for your household size in the following chart:
