Applications are now available for ten affordable rental units in this new fifty-three-unit development.
ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES, RENTS AND APPLICATION PROCESS
To be included in the lottery, applicants must be income-eligible and must submit a complete, signed application with all required documentation prior to the application deadline. Maximum Income includes gross annual income from all sources for all adult (18 years or older) members of the household. Rents do not include utilities.
