Quincy Heights Apartments will be accepting applications to re-open its waiting list for 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom housing units under the Section 8 Program. Eligible applicant will be placed on an existing waiting list by random order via a lottery.

There are no units available at this time.

How to Get an Application
Applications will be accepted from Monday, June 10, 2024 and ending on Friday June 14, 2024 at 4:00 PM. You may obtain applications in several ways during the application period:

1. In person at the Management Office located at 530 Warren Street, Dorchester, MA 02121: Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 3PM.
2. On our website at www.UHMproperties.com
3. At the Boston Public Library, Grove Hall Branch – 41 Geneva Avenue, Dorchester, MA 02121 on Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 5PM – 7:30PM
4. If you or anyone assisting you cannot use these methods, please call us at 617-541-5510 and ask that an application be mailed out to you.

Income Qualifications: To qualify for these apartments low income limits apply. All applicants will be screened for eligibility:

RETURN COMPLETED APPLICATIONS AND LOTTERY SELECTION:
Applications can be returned to the Office or emailed at applications@uhmproperties.com on Monday June 10, 2024 thru Friday June 14 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If sent via U.S. Mail, applications MUST BE POSTMARKED BY FRIDAY June 14, at 4:00 PM. Any applications received after 4:00 PM on Friday June 14, 2024 will not be included in the lottery but will be added to the waiting list after the lottery. Friday, June 14, 2024 at 4:00 PM is the final deadline for taking applications for the lottery.

Your place on the waitlist will be decided by a lottery held at the following place and time:
