Placement is determined by lottery.

The income eligibility requirements are as follows:

2 Persons $59,400
3 Persons $66,800
4 Persons $74,200
5 Persons $80,150
6 Persons $86,100

Eligibility is determined by HUD Section 8 Program regulations.
Rent is 30% of household’s adjusted gross income.

Completed applications must be:

• Submitted by September 29, 2023 at 4 pm
• Dropped off at the management office, emailed to vflores@cjmanagement.com or faxed to 781-599-3820
• Postmarked by September 29, 2023, if sent by U.S. mail

The lottery will be held remotely on October 26, 2023 at 11 am.
