Waitlist Opening – One Bedroom Apartments

Morton Village, Mattapan, MA, will begin accepting preliminary applications for one bedroom apartment. Applicants must meet the required applicant guidelines provided in our application packet. Tenant rents are subsidized by the U.S Department of HUD. Some units may facilitate the physically impaired. To have your name placed on the waiting list, call or email the office at mortonvillage@avanath.com to receive a coupon and mail it directly to:

• The coupon must be sent via regular mail only.
• No coupon will be accepted by telephone, facsimile, hand delivery, certified/registered mail, Federal Express, UPS or other Express Mail option.
• The waiting list will remain open until further notice.
• After this Ad expire, you may contact the office for a pre-application form.
• Morton Village will not be responsible for coupon lost in the mail.
