Mishawum Park Apartments will be accepting applications for 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom family housing units under multiple affordable housing programs such as but not limited to Section 236, HOME, HSF, HIF and CIPF. Eligible applicants will be placed on an existing waiting list by lottery, not by the order in which the completed application is received.

*Residents pay the basic rent or 30% of adjusted income for rent up to the 236 Market Rent, whichever is greater, but cannot move into property if 30% of income is equal to or greater than the 236 Market Rent.
