There will be a total of 16 rental units within the building, including 3 affordable apartments which will be rented to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income. Units feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, and include a washer and dryer. Mill River is located a half mile from the shops and restaurants of downtown Wakefield and 1 mile from the MBTA commuter rail and Lake Quannapowitt. The building is equipped with an elevator.
