Lottery: 3/28/19 at 10am at Market Mill Apts., 246 Market St., Lowell. You do not need to be in attendance for the selection process since you will be notified of your position on the waiting list. All applicants must be determined eligible in accordance with the Department of HUD regulations and must meet the family size requirements for a designated bedroom size as well as maximum income of all family members. The waiting list will remain open after the lottery period and applications will be processed in order of receipt from that point forward.
