Monthly Rent Amounts
Twelve 1 Bedrooms – $1,770; Thirteen 2 Bedrooms – $2,097; One 3 Bedroom – $2,402
*Rents are subject to change after first year of lease. Tenants will be responsible for the cost of electric heat, hot water, cooking, electricity, water, and sewer. One complimentary parking space is included for residents. One pet per household is permitted, subject to restrictions.

Lyberty Green is a brand new 104-unit rental community located on Main Street in Falmouth. Twenty-six (26) affordable units will be made available through this lottery process to households earning no more than 80% of the Area Median Income. Apartments feature in-unit laundry and there is a pool on-site. The community is conveniently located in downtown Falmouth, near shops, restaurants, beaches, and Goodwill Park. The first apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy shortly after the lottery.
