PHASE I
Island Parkside Apartments is a brand new, state of the art, community opening its doors in April 2023. It will offer residents spacious 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and a community equipped with onsite laundry facilities, community room, off-street parking and much more. The project is designed to attract moderate to low-income families. All applicants must income qualify per their household size at move-in. The income limit chart below illustrates the current maximum income limits per household size based on the unit set aside.

Open House: During the open house on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022 management will explain the project, income restrictions, and lottery process.

Applications Process: Management will accept applications for the lottery from Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022 through Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023. Applications will be available beginning Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, and can be picked up in person at 50 Island Street. If requested, the application can be emailed, faxed, or sent by US Mail to applicant.
Lottery Process: Applications received or postmarked by Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023 will be included in Lottery. All applicants will be screened for eligibility & suitability for housing. Families must meet the 30% or 60% AGMI income limits to be eligible for the Lottery. The Lottery will occur Monday, Feb. 13, 2023 at 50 Island Street, Lawrence, MA 01840. Use & Occupancy restrictions apply.
