STATE AND FEDERAL AIDED HOUSING AND RENTAL ASSISTANCE WAITLISTS AVAILABLE!

The Hudson Housing Authority’s waitlists for state-aided housing, federal public housing, and Section 8 are open! If you or your family are interested in learning more about housing and rental assistance, please visit our website at www.hudsonhousing.org or call our office at (978) 562-9268. Income limits do apply; you can find out more about those on our website.

Applications for all programs are available in our office at 8 Brigham Circle, Hudson, MA 01749 or the management office of any local housing authority. We can mail you a paper application by calling (978) 562-9268. You may apply online or download a paper application for the Section 8 program at https://www.affordablehousing.com/masscwl. You may apply online or download a paper application for the state aided housing programs at https://publichousingapplication.ocd.state.ma.us/.

Reasonable accommodations are available for persons with disabilities and free language assistance is available for Limited English Proficient individuals. Please call (978) 562-9268, relay 711, to make a request.
