Tenants will pay the cost of electric cooking, heating, hot water, electricity, cold water, sewer, and trash removal. One free parking space is included for residents. Cats and dogs are permitted, subject to restrictions. One pet per household. There is a refundable pet deposit of $100, plus an $85/month pet fee for a dog or $50/month fee for a cat. Rents for future years are subject to change.
