Hemenway Apartments is opening its waiting list and taking applications for 2 BR subsidized apartments.
Income Qualifications: All applications received will be reviewed for eligibility for the waitlist. To qualify for these apartments, the following income limits apply:
1 person…………………….$82,950
2 person……………………$94,800
3 person…………………..$106,650
4 person…………………..$118,450
*Income limits subject to change as determined by HUD
How to get an application: Applications will be available beginning 08/01/2024
Applications may be obtained by the following methods:
- In person at the management office located at: 491 Huntington Ave., Boston, or
- By contacting the management office at one of the numbers listed above to have an application sent by mail.
Your place on the waiting list will be determined by lottery so there is no need to come in person, come early, or wait in a lengthy line.
Returning completed applications and lottery selection:
Applications may be returned by mail or brought to the management office by 08/01/2024. The office is open weekly on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM until 4:30 pm, exclusive of Federal Holidays. Applications received or postmarked between 08/01/2024 and 08/30/2024 from program eligible applicants will be placed onto the waitlist by a lottery held on 09/16/2024, at SHP Management Corporate offices, 7 Thomas Drive, Cumberland Foreside, ME.
Applications received after the Lottery closing date will be date and time stamped upon receipt and added to the waitlist chronologically in the order they are received.
