Helena Crocker Residences, located at 60 Littleton Road in Westford, MA, is a development consisting of 18 rental units in one building. The development will consist of a mix of 8 Studio and 10 One-bedroom units. All of the units in the development will be rented to elderly (age 62+) families earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income. Parking for cars is to be provided on-site. Tenant selection will by done by lottery. Occupancy is estimated to begin October 2023.
