Harbor Point Apartments HUD Section 8 waitlist for 3 bedroom apartments ONLY will open from July 1-15, 2025. Placement on the waitlist will be determined by lottery. The income eligibility requirements are as follows:

The lottery will be held remotely on July 29, 2025 at 11:00am
