Hadley West Apartments: is re-opening its waiting list and taking applications for
bedroom size(s) 3 & 4 subsidized apartments.

Income Qualifications: All applicants will be screened for eligibility. A minimum household size of at least one person per bedroom is required. Use and Occupancy restrictions apply.

To qualify for these apartments, the following income limits apply:

1 person 48,360
2 person 55,260
3 person 62,160
4 person 69,060
5 person 74,640
6 person 80,160

How to get an application: Applications will be available beginning April 16, 2023 at the
management office.

If you or anyone assisting you cannot come to the office to obtain an application, please contact the Management staff using one of the numbers above and ask that an application be mailed to you.

Placement on the waiting list will be decided by lottery for applications received by the deadline below, so there is no need to come in person, come early, or wait in a long line.

Returning completed applications and lottery selection: Applications may be returned by mail, fax, or returning in person to the office.

Applications received from program eligible applicants between April 16, 2023, and 4pm on May 16, 2023, will be placed onto the waitlist by a lottery held on May 23, 2023, at 515 Hadley West Drive, Haverhill, MA 01832.

Applications received after 4pm on May 16, 2023, will be numbered, date and time stamped upon receipt, and added to the waitlist chronologically in the order that they were received.
