Charlame Park Homes I is a federally subsidized housing cooperative, where you rent your unit and own stock in the cooperative corporation. Qualified applicants who meet the federal income limits shown below, will pay 30% of their household income as their monthly carrying charge.
There is a one time membership fee which is currently between $1,627-$2,034. The average time on the waitlist is approximately two years.
