Center East Commons is a brand-new development located at 462 Main Street in Amherst. The community will include 3 affordable apartments that will be rented to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income through this application process. Apartments feature quartz countertops and quality energy-efficient appliances. Convenient to downtown Amherst and local colleges, there is also a PVTA bus stop outside of the community. Units are expected to be ready for occupancy immediately following the lottery in January 2024.
