Applications are now available for three affordable duplex rental homes in this new ten-unit development.

ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES, RENTS AND APPLICATION PROCESS

To be included in the lottery, applicants must be income-eligible and must submit a complete, signed application with all required documentation prior to the application deadline. Maximum lncome includes gross annual income from all sources for all adult (18 years or older) members of the household. Rents listed include water, sewer and trash collection fees but do not include utilities.
