Cambridge Housing Authority Waitlist Opening
Beginning August 1, 2018 at 12:00 AM, Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) will be accepting online pre-applications for the Family site-based waiting lists.
Initial Lottery Period August 1 – 31, 2018
Pre-applications received by CHA in August will be held and assigned a position on the waitlist shortly after August 31. The electronic lottery will order pre-applications with a randomly generated date and time, and then will apply any preference. Information on preference eligibility is available at www.cambridge-housing.org/waitlist.
After August 31, 2018
Pre-applications received by CHA after August 31 will be ordered by date and time, and if eligible, preference.

To be housed in a development from these waitlists, your income may not exceed the following amounts based on household size:
