Applications will be accepted for our two- and three-bedroom federal family public housing waiting lists between June 1, 2023, and August 31, 2023. It is important to understand that the wait for a unit will vary depending on your priority/preference status and the number of vacancies in our developments.
How to get an application: Beginning Thursday, June 1, 2023, you may go to our website at www.brooklinehousing.org and apply online by using the Applicant Portal tab or by downloading our federal family application. You may also request an application by email to apps@brooklinehousing.org OR you can call our main office at 617-277-2022.

How to submit an application: Applications can be submitted by using our Applicant Portal Tab, via email to apps@brooklinehousing.org, by US mail or delivered to our drop box at 90 Longwood Ave Ste 1, Brookline, MA 02446. If submitted via email or delivered to our drop box, the application must be returned no later than 4:30 PM on August 31, 2023. Applications submitted by US mail must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2023.
Faxed applications will not be accepted.
• No applications will be accepted BEFORE 8:30 AM Thursday, June 1, 2023. •
• No applications will be accepted AFTER 4:30 PM Thursday, August 31, 2023. •
