Notice of Closed Waiting Lists

Brandywyne Village will be closing its Waiting Lists for the 1, 2 and 3-bedroom Section 8 affordable waitlists on January 31, 2025. Applications received until January 31, 2025, will be placed on the waitlist based on date and time of application receipt. Applications received after January 31, 2025, will not be accepted.
