The BCN properties are re-opening their waiting lists and will be accepting applications for their 4- bedroom apartments Waiting list. The BCN apartments are in both Dorchester and Roxbury MA. They are comprised of LIHTC units as well as subsidized units through the Section 8 and HOME program. Tenants pay electricity. Heat and Hot water included. In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal.
Eligible applicants will be placed on an existing waiting list in the order in which the completed applications are received. Please be aware that there are no units available at this time.
Applications are available during the application period. To request an application or have one sent to you please call 617-247-2389 or email mjean@cruzcompanies.com. Applications will be accepted from Friday, May 6, 2022 and ending on Saturday, May 21th, 2022.
Deadline: Applications must be received or postmarked by Saturday, May 21st, 2022.

All applicants must meet the family size requirements for a designated bedroom size as well as maximum income of all family members. However, maximum incomes do not apply to households with mobile vouchers (Section 8, MRVP, VASH), or for the units in this development that include a project-based housing assistance voucher
