Income limits apply for all units; assets limits may apply.

30% AMI units: No income minimum. $39,200 (max, 2 people), $44,100 ( max, 3 people), $48,950 (max, 4 people), $52,900 (max, 5 people), $56,800 (max, 6 people). 30% AMI rent based on income.

60% AMI units: $56,176 (2-bedroom minimum) and $64,923 (3-bedroom minimum).
$78,360 (max, 2 people), $88,140 (max, 3 people), $97,920 (max 4, people), $105,780 (max, 5 people), $113,640 (max, 6 people).
Estimated max rent for 60% units $2,203 (2-bed) and $2,546 (3-bed).

Utilities (heat, A/C, electricity, water) included. Resident responsible for phone, wi-fi, and cable.

Applications can be mailed to P.O. Box 507, Beverly, MA 01915. Applications for the lottery must be postmarked by November 15, 2024 or if submitted in-person, by 4pm on November 15, 2024. Once the lottery has been conducted, we will have an open application period.
