935 Main Street is a 19-unit rental development that will provide four (4) affordable units and fifteen (15) market rate units. The development consists of 8 duplex-style townhouses and one multi-family dwelling with three rental units; one of the townhomes and the three garden style units are set aside as affordable. These brand new, spacious units offer a kitchen, family room, two bedrooms, one and a half baths with medicine cabinet, linen closet and washer/dryers. Hardwood floors throughout, tile in the bathrooms, granite countertops and privacy screens in the backyard and a slider off the kitchen leads to backyard and patio of the townhome unit.

Occupancy is estimated to begin November 2024.

Applications are available June 28, 2024. A public information session will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at the Tewksbury Public Library, 300 Chandler Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876 at 6:00 p.m.

Completed applications must be received or postmarked by September 26, 2024, at 4:30 PM in care of the Chelmsford Housing Authority (CHA), 10 Wilson ST, Chelmsford, MA 01824 (M-F 8:30-4:30).
