Applications must be received on or before: Friday, August 28, 2025, at 3pm.The lottery drawing will be held publicly via Zoom on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 3pm.

• If the application shows that you are not eligible, you will be notified in writing by mail prior to the lottery date. If you are eligible, your place on the waitlist will be decided by a lottery via zoom.
• Attendance is not required. After the lottery, applicants will receive written notification from Wingate verifying their position on the waitlist.
