32 Marion Street Waiting List to Open

Applications will be accepted for our one-bedroom Section 8 Project Based Vouchers at 32 Marion Street in Brookline beginning on July 01, 2025. This is a development currently in construction that will consist of 115 one-bedroom units. Leasing is expected to begin early 2026. Eligibility requirements for these units include that households either have an elderly household member (62+ years old) or have a household member who is a person with a disability.

How to get an application: Beginning July 01, 2025 you may go to our website at www.brooklinehousing.org and apply online by using the Applicant Portal tab or by downloading our 32 Marion Street application. You may also request an application by email to apps@brooklinehousing.org OR you can call our main office at 617-277-2022.

1 PERSON $57,900
2 PEOPLE $66,200
