REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Massachusetts Port Authority (the “Authority” or “Massport”), owner and operator of Worcester Regional Airport (“Worcester” or “ORH”), invites proposals for the build out of either one or both parcels, or portions thereof, identified as Parcel 6A and 6B of Worcester Regional Airport, consisting of approximately three (3) acres and seven (7) acres of land (collectively, the “Sites”) for aviation compatible development. The proposer(s) selected through this RFP will be responsible for the development, financing, design, permitting (including, without limitation, filing airspace obstruction analysis with FAA), construction, operation, and maintenance for one or more permitted uses as defined in the RFP.

As further described in the RFP, proposals for the opportunities offered in the RFP must be received through BID Express at or prior to 1:00 PM EST on August 11, 2022.
