REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”), doing business as the Boston Planning Development Agency (“BPDA”) is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals for the redevelopment and sale of 2 parcels, 12/03316002 and 12/03316001, representing approximately 6,000 square feet of vacant land in the Washington Park Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-24, known as Parcel S-20 and Parcel S-21 in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston (the “Property”).The BPDA seeks to convey the Property for Open Space or Community Gardens.
