REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”), doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”) is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the redevelopment and sale of one (1) parcel, 1101918000, representing approximately 17,199 square feet of vacant land in the Washington Park Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-24, known as 48 Townsend Street in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston (the “Property”). The BPDA seeks to convey the Property for the development of an Community Garden. The RFP package will be available starting Wednesday, May 24th 2023 on the BPDA Procurement Portal at https://www.bostonplans.org/work-with-us/procurement.
